Pension contract for ITP
ITP is an occupational pension for salaried employees and is a supplement to the Swedish national pension.
Employers who are party to a collective agreement, either through membership of Svenskt Näringsliv External link.(the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise), or through a contingent agreement with PTK External link. (the Council for Negotiation and Cooperation), must take out ITP as well as occupational group life insurance TGL for all their salaried employees from the age of 18.
