Refraining from ITP

This information regards new customer companies with a newly signed collective agreement.

All salaried employees shall normally be registered for the ITP occupational pension in connection with an employer signing a collective agreement. The salaried employees that already have their occupational pension arranged before the time of the collective agreement can, in consultation with the employer, make a waiver from ITP and thereby keep their previous pension solution. If the employer took out occupational group life insurance (TGL) in Alecta, anyone who refrains from ITP will nonetheless have TGL.

Complete a joint agreement
