Disability pension

If an employee is ill for a long period, he or she may receive an extra contribution from ITP.

All salaried employees over 18 are covered by disability pension insurance. The disability pension is calculated according to different percentages depending on how much the employee earns.

If he or she is sick listed to 25%, 50% or 75% a corresponding percentage of the amount will be paid.
